Buyer FAQ – Green Fabricare Limited

1. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 1,000 pcs per style per color. For sampling or development orders, we may accommodate smaller quantities.
2. Do you provide lab dips and strike offs?
Yes, we provide both lab dips for solid colors and strike offs for prints. Approvals are required before we proceed to bulk production.
3. What is your lead time for production?
Typically 45–60 days after PP sample approval and fabric in-house. Timelines vary based on quantity and season.
4. What fabric types do you work with?
We offer cotton, polyester, viscose, blends, lycra, fleece, terry, rib, pique, and more. We source fabric based on buyer’s spec and requirement.
5. Do you offer OEM or private label service?
Yes, we support OEM/ODM production with buyer’s brand, logo, and packaging details.
6. What certifications do you have?
We comply with OEKO-TEX®, GOTS, and other buyer-requested standards. Documents available upon request.
7. What are your payment terms?
We generally work with 30% advance and 70% before shipment, or LC at sight for bulk orders. Terms can vary by client.
8. Can you support urgent orders?
Yes, we can fast-track orders depending on material availability. Let us know your target date and we’ll confirm feasibility.
9. Do you allow buyer QC inspections?
Absolutely. We welcome third-party inspections or buyer audits before shipment to ensure transparency and quality.
